Who We Serve

Individuals from anywhere in the country or abroad can access our Psychiatric Residential Treatment services. However, in keeping with our mission and vision of serving individuals as close to their families and home communities as possible, we find that most clients we serve live in North Carolina and the surrounding states.

Admissions Process

We have created a streamlined system of accessing services and maintaining communication for the enrolled client, the family and the placing agency’s staff. To discuss our services or their applicability to a specific person or situation, call our Admissions department at our toll free number, 1-877-472-2302, press option 1 or call Jonathan Glover, Admissions Coordinator at  (910) 416-0063. Mr. Glover will work with you personally, answering questions and guiding you through the admissions process.  An admission packet can be completed and sent to Attn: Admissions via fax at (877) 472-2302 or mailed to 4433 Marracco Drive, Hope Mills, NC 28348.

We encourage you to arrange a visit to one of our facilities. An admissions coordinator will help you decide where and with whom to visit depending on the service or support your family may need.

Requirements

Should you decide to make a formal application for services, an admissions coordinator will help you through the process. Before an interview is set up and a decision is made, the admissions team would like to have the following information:

• completed application
  

• Approved Certificate of Need form
  

• school history, including a current IEP – Individual Education Plan
  

• school transcript, credits earned, if appropriate
  

• medical history, current medications, physical & immunization records
  

• treatment history, if appropriate
  

• recent psychological evaluation
  

• discharge summaries from previous placements
  

• current Comprehensive Clinical Assessment recommending PRTF placement
  

• social history including both family and developmental history
  

• Person-Centered Plan (PCP)
  

• educational, speech, occupational and physical therapy evaluations (if appropriate)
  

• dental exam 
  

• SSI Information (if applicable)
